Yoga to Help With Edema During Pregnancy

Class Description

This gentle prenatal practice for edema is designed to promote circulation in all areas of the body, leaving you feeling energized yet relaxed.

Class includes three-part breathing, joint rolls (for your neck, shoulders, and wrists), feel-good upper and lower body stretches, and moderate strength building in downward dog (which is optional).

Once you’re done, you’ll wind down with a restorative legs up the wall variation before concluding in another restorative pose: side-lying savasana.
