Christina Sell

Christina Sell has been practicing asana since 1991 and teaching since 1998. She's known for her passion, clarity, and creativity, and her teaching style is a dynamic and challenging blend of inspiration, humor, and hard work. Masterful at synthesis, Christina has an unparalleled ability to harvest and transmit the unique contributions of various yoga methods. Christina believes that yoga practice can help anyone access their inner wisdom and authentic spirituality and to clarify their highest personal expression. She is the author of Yoga from the Inside Out: Making Peace with Your Body Through Yoga and My Body Is a Temple: Yoga As a Path to Wholeness.

Teachers: Get 5 Continuing Education Credits

Yoga Alliance requires all yoga teachers to accumulate at least 30 hours of continuing education every three years. 20 online hours are allowed to count toward this requirement.
