Many of us come to the practice of yoga to heal our own suffering (whether physical, emotional, or both). And many of us have turned to this practice because yoga contains a promise: a promise that deep within, our highest self is already healthy, whole, and complete just as it is—and it always has been.
This course—which features meditation, kirtan (chanting), and a heart-filled dharma talk—explores a path of healing, a path toward that higher self. Learn six key practices, derived from the Sivananda yoga tradition, that can help you find peace in the midst of your greatest challenges and discover how you can integrate these healing methods into your daily life, both on and off the mat.
