Week One, "May I Be Happy": Explore practices that will help you uncover attachments, aversions, and areas of ignorance that you direct toward yourself and others. Discover the difference between external happiness and internal resiliency and gain the freedom to flow with the ups and downs of life.

Week Two, “May I Be Healthy": Examine what health actually means to you and discover, though practice, how to bring your mind, body, and spirit into balance and in line with your understanding of health. 

Week Three “May I Be Safe”: Examine what makes you feel safe and learn tools that will help you cultivate that same sense of support throughout daily; even during times of discomfort and distress.

Week Four, “May I Live With Ease”: In addition to using the insights and experiences from the three previous weeks, you will explore how yoga, meditation, contemplation, and self study can transform dis-ease into ease. You'll discover how to be present in the flow of life
