Tiffany Cruikshank

Tiffany Cruikshank is the founder & visionary behind Yoga Medicine, a community of expert yoga teachers focused on fusing the best of anatomy & western medicine with the traditional practice of yoga. Tiffany's classes have evolved over the past 20 years of teaching yoga to reflect her creativity and passion for using yoga as a form of medicine for the mind, body & spirit.

Amanda Cunningham

Amanda Cunningham has been practicing and teaching yoga for a combined 15 years. After her undergrad and graduate studies she traveled for 7 years throughout over 40 countries, discovering the wonders of life. In 2012, she returned to the States with new eyes.

Yoga Alliance requires all yoga teachers to accumulate at least 30 hours of continuing education every three years. 20 online hours are allowed to count toward this requirement.
