This four-part course will provide an introduction to the 7 main chakras in a condensed overview. Being aware of your chakra system will help you identify imbalances in your life. What you will learn in this course:
What the Chakra system is and how it affects the health of the mind and body.
Identify characteristics of blockages and/or overactivity in the chakra system.
Introduction to each of the 7 major chakras, where they are situated, and how they affect the energetic body.
Learn and practice asanas, meditation, and affirmations for imbalances.
At the end of the course, two full-length classes, one Yin and one Hatha will be presented to balance all of the chakras in a one-hour practice.
