Practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of yoga are often guided to read classic texts like the Yoga Sutra, Bhagavad Gita, and Hatha Yoga Pradipika. The numerous translations and commentaries that exist can be intimidating to new readers and even after years of study, we may grasp the concepts of a text but still have little understanding of how to put them into practice on the mat. Join Karina for a weekend of study and practice, and explore the true potential of yoga as a fully embodied spiritual practice.
