Could there be a better occasion for practicing meditation than Labor Day? The stress-relieving and uplifting methods of yoga offer a perfect start to the fall. Learn how to use light stretching and systematic relaxation to soften muscle tension in your head, neck, and shoulders. Use systematic training to become the effortless witness of your breath. Along the way, gently release tensions that have become embedded in your breathing and nervous system. Discover how the senses can be trained to follow the mind inward. And, in the end, make the simple act of sitting still a gateway to quiet contentment and joy. Practice sessions will be tailored to several levels of experience.
