How can we use the many tools of yoga to affect mood and cultivate clarity that will help us cope in these stressful times? Learn the therapeutic techniques of Viniyoga through lecture, asana, pranayama and meditation practice.  Experience how to decrease muscular tension, improve mood, gain self-awareness, affect thought patterns, and cultivate self-discipline to change negative habits and support healthy behaviors.
