Ellen has been practicing yoga since 1998 and began teaching in 2003. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT/500 and alongside weekly classes has taught workshops, teacher trainings, retreats and mentoring programs.
Ellen brings together her love of anatomical alignment and the fluidity of a strong vinyasa class to engender a deep feeling of ease and strength within the practice. She believes that everyone can participate in yoga and empowers individuals to find their own rhythm on the mat. Ellen meets you right where you are, as you are, while guiding you deeper toward your own heart.
