Kathryn has been teaching yoga and Mindful Strength for over a decade. She is passionate about helping people feel more comfortable, and confident in their bodies at any age. Kathryn teaches on the faculty of five teacher training programs, and she runs her own teacher certification program at her studio in Cornwall Ontario. Kathryn travels the world teaching Mindful Strength, she has a handful of online courses, and she is always interested in meeting new likeminded people.
