Prenatal Yoga is designed to support expecting moms in developing the flexibility, concentration, and strength needed during the transformative time of pregnancy. It will incorporate postures that strengthen and tone key muscles as well as breath awareness and relaxation practices that soothe the body and mind. Suitable for beginning yoga students. Moms-to-Be are welcome to join at any point during their pregnancy.

In case of inclement weather, if Wayne Highlands School District has a two hour delay or is closed for the day, ALL morning and lunch-time classes are cancelled. Cancellations for afternoon/evening classes will be posted by 3pm on this page and Facebook. Class cancellations for weekend days will be posted on here and on Facebook.

Formerly Yoga for 50+. Our focus and goals in life and for our yoga practice change after 50. This class will be less about poses and more about healing and feeling great.
For those who have not practiced yoga or have taken a leave of absence from yoga. This 8-week session will provide students with an integration of fundamental postures. After this session students will be confident to enter the next level of yoga class (Level 1 or All levels.) For maximum benefits students are encouraged to attend all 8 classes.
Ebb & Flow is the perfect combination of asana flows and the exploration of longer holds! This class encourages active participation through breath inspired, mindful movement, as you co-create your experience according to your personal needs. Appropriate for all levels of ability and experience.
Hatha yoga refers to a sequence of postures combined with attention to the breath. This class will help create a balance of strength and flexibility within the body. Rather than flowing through postures, the class is designed to help settle the body into each posture, to find ease and steadiness within. Class will conclude with a relaxation.
Join us for a mellow and meditative relaxation class to help you unravel the stress from extra obligations and reconnect to center. In this class, you’ll be guided through gentle yoga movement, systematic relaxation practices, simple breathing techniques, and calming meditation. When you take time to slow down, rest, and go inward, everyone benefits. Take yourself and your loved ones a step closer to inner peace as you “Let It Go”. This class is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, no prior experience or knowledge necessary.
Think of this class as your lunch time R&R. Enjoy 40 minutes of low intensity, high reward asana practice that will release tension, boost your focus, and better your mood. You’ll return to your daily responsibilities feeling balanced and grounded!

Good morning, yogis! This early-bird, all-levels class will include fun yoga poses and sequencing designed to flow with music, energize the body, and help students start the day in a positive way! Each class will include a balanced mix of poses to help build strength, increase flexibility, and open the body and mind to something new! Come join the club!
This class is for men of all ages! Join other, like minded dudes in a relaxed judgment free zone. Flexibility is a non issue in this class, which will focus on strength, skills training and relaxation.
This class will focus on unraveling the stress of repetitive and habitual daily movements that leave us vulnerable for tightness and injury. By moving in varied manners and directions the body will find release and relief, so that you'll leave class feeling good! All Levels welcome.
