3 Ways to Treat Arthritis Naturally

Arthritis doesn’t have to be permanent! Dr. Carrie explains how both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis can be treated naturally, in three ways. The first is to mobilize your joints. The second is to take specific herbs and oils that provide anti-inflammatory support. (Arthritis literally means “joint inflammation.”)  Finally, Dr. Carrie advises looking at your diet and digestion and suggests a few changes that can help reduce arthritis.
