Many students have heard the same advice regarding meditation: try to do it at the same time, same place, for the same amount of time everyday. While there is truth in that, it can lead us to become rigid about what our meditation "should" be. Instead, we can look at our lives to decipher the meditation style and practice that will best meet our inner and outer needs.
