A Pitta-Calming Fruit Bowl

Preparation time: a half hour or less. Good for all seasons. Sattvic, calms pitta and kapha, in excess could increase vata (substitute grapes for apples to keep vata calm).

1. Gather together 2 cups of fresh organic produce.

Wash and prepare:

4 sweet apples, sliced 8 apricots, quartered and pitted 1 c. fresh raspberries, whole

2. Serve for breakfast with tea, or for dessert after supper.

Nourishes rasa, the plasma.

Serves 4
