Ajna Chakra: In Practice

Nadi Shodhanam, or alternate nostril breath, is a pranayama that corresponds to the ajna chakra.  This technique cultivates an enhanced sensitivity to the breath and supports the inner focus at the eyebrow center necessary for meditation.
