Ayurveda’s View on Juicing

Juicing is an amazing way to enrich our diets with fresh fruits and vegetables, but can we over do it? According to Ayurvedic principles, rather than supplementing every meal, we should only juice as needed. Rosey goes into the physiological reasoning behind this, particularly the effects this practice could have on our digestion.
