Ayurveda's View on the Big FAT Lie


Make friends with fat!  Although we've heard in the past that low fat diets are healthier, we are now seeing that this is not the case.  We need high quality, unrefined fats in our diets to nourish and feed our tissues. Taking into consideration your Ayurvedic constitution will also help you to determine how much fat is right for you.
