Back Side Ball Practice: Release Tight Muscles and Strengthen Your Core

The back side seldom gets the same attention as the front side of the body. In this short practice, you'll learn how to use a mini-basketball to release tight muscles and connective tissue in the back of the body and neck, while opening the front of the body.
