Back Side Ball Practice

Class Description

The back side seldom gets the same attention as the front side of the body. In this short practice, you'll learn how to use a mini-basketball to release tight muscles and connective tissue in the back of the body and neck, while opening the front of the body. 

Props needed: mini-basketball
