Join Jessica in this eight-minute tutorial to explore the ultimate chaturanga alignment. Props and a series of preliminary exercises will help you discover a kinetic sense of body placement for yourself, so you can build up to that classic downdog-plank-chaturanga-updog-downdog vinyasa safely and strongly.
