Finding a Yoga Teacher that’s Right for You

With so many different teachers and so many styles of yoga, how do you find what’s right for you? Trial and error is the best way, being open to trying new teachers until you find the one who really speaks to you, and yoga conferences provide a great opportunity to do that. It’s important not to give up your search; but also to come to a point where you can say: I believe in this practice; I believe in this tradition; I am going to stay here and work until it doesn’t work anymore.
