Developing the Strength and Awareness to Float Forward

Floating from down dog to a standing forward fold often appears effortless, but this isn't a transition you just jump into—it requires effort and preparation over time.

In this 15-minute tutorial, Mark will help you work toward key components of floating: stable shoulders, even distribution of weight, and a "hollow body." (What is that? You'll learn!) Enjoy building your float, step by step, and eventually you'll fly.
