Finding Your Voice as a Teacher

How do you find your voice as a teacher?  One aspect of finding your voice is physical—for example, projecting your voice and articulating the names of the postures. This is a matter of technique. The second and more challenging aspect is developing confidence. Mia explains that confidence comes from continuous practice of what you teach—knowing it inside yourself—and also from knowing that you are meant to teach.
