Hang Loose: A Headstand Variation to Decompress the Neck
In this quick tutorial, Jessica demonstrates how to use props (two chairs or six blocks) to help decompress the neck in headstand. The props help to take the weight off the head, allowing the practitioner to focus on technique and alignment, rather than strength.
