Honor Your Shadow Self
How do we "develop the empathy to be in the presence of all souls?" By working through our own stuff, says Seane Corn. Stay present with your shadow self. Don’t label any of your emotions “bad.” When you’re triggered, “Take a breath. Go home. Cry. Yell. Scream. Move the energy.” Why go through all the mess and upset? Because, as Seane says, “The only way that I can honor the fullness of your humanity, your light and your shadow, is by first honoring it in myself.”
