Why Sequencing Matters

The first part of sequencing a class is to understand why you sequence.  Keep in mind your ultimate goal - according the the Yoga Sutra, it is to calm the fluctuations of the mind and turn inward.  Follow a thoughtful plan that becomes like a treasure hunt for the students.  The treasure is the awareness of their own inner wealth.
