The Secret of the Yoga Sutra book club is designed to guide you through the central themes found in the book as you build a working understanding of the concepts, philosophy, and practices illuminated by Pandit Tigunait. During these seven weeks, the book’s editor, Deborah Willoughby, will help you explore, contemplate, and discuss this living text that leads us into an ever-deepening experience of our most powerful selves.
You will receive an email each week linking you to a summary of the sutras to be read that week, questions to ponder on those sutras, and a sample discussion (by audio recording) of the same sutras. We hope you'll join the conversation by posting your comments and questions, to which Deborah will respond. If you are a teacher and would like to host your own book club, these materials will give you the basics you need to get started!
