This mini-lecture in the broader Living Tantra series addresses the relationship of energy channels, or nadis, to the functioning of the brain and the nervous system, and hence our emotions. Panditji uses the example of kurma nadi (the tortoise channel) to illustrate the influence of the nadis on the senses; he explains how accessing and harnessing the energy of these subtle channels helps achieve emotional balance and peace of mind.
