1 ⅓ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs ¼ cup ghee Paneer from 1 gallon of milk (see Paneer recipe) 5 tablespoon honey 3 egg yolks 5 teaspoons lemon juice
Topping: 2 or 3 tablespoons honey 1 cup sour cream
Put graham cracker crumbs in a pie dish. Add ghee and spread to form crust. Put in 350 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Put paneer in a blender, add honey and blend. When cool, add egg yolks and blend until well mixed. Next ad lemon juice to taste and blend well. Pour this in cooled crust. Cut into squares to serve.
Sour Cream topping: Mix honey and sour cream. Spread on top and its ready to serve.
