Say Goodbye with Grace: Engaging with Grief

Whether to a loved one or a stage of life that is now complete, saying goodbye is difficult.  Ayurveda says that when someone you loves dies, they take a piece of your physical heart with them.  Grief over loss is the healing process and ultimately, saying goodbye is a new way to honor the relationship.
