Self-care is a big topic in yoga and ayurveda, and it's been on our minds lately. What are we doing to care for ourselves, and how do we make these practices a part of our daily life? Are we overindulging when we allow ourselves to sleep in, or are we being too rigid when we don't? Better yet, how do we know what we need to stay healthy, and are we comfortable saying "no" when we're feeling overwhelmed? Maybe keeping things simple is best, as "It's the basics that make the difference."
