The basic and fundamental practice for cleansing the energy currents is nadi shodhanam, also known as channel purification or alternate nostril breathing. Nadi shodhanam is complete when we are free from distracting thoughts and can practice prana dharana, or energy concentration, at the ajna chakra (eyebrow center). Includes a demonstration of nadi shodhanam.
