Teach Your Dog to Sit: Transition From Down Dog to Seated Poses

In this 10-minute tutorial, you'll learn to transition from downward dog to seated dandasana (staff pose).

Using a pair of blocks to create length and space, you'll learn how to flow from your downward dog into a series of dynamic seated postures. You'll also learn how to use a blanket to mindfully break down the movements involved in lolasana (pendant pose)strengthening and warming the core.
