The 5 Prana Vayus: Vyana in Practice

November 18, 2013    BY Shari Friedrichsen

Express prana! Gather it in the body and let it flow out through your arms and legs. Vyana vayu is important because it takes the energy we’ve generated, circulates it throughout the body, and expresses itself through our limbs as movement. The sequence includes triangle, warrior 1, half moon, and revolving triangle poses.
