Vyana vayu is important because it takes the energy we’ve generated, circulates it throughout the body, and expresses itself through our limbs as movement. Use this standing sequence to work with vyana vayu. Engage the root, breathe into the belly, and send prana into every tissue of the body. The sequence includes triangle, warrior 1, half moon, and revolving triangle poses.
