Through our practice, we come to see that underneath the unwanted parts of our karma and samskaras, there is an inner light which contains a truth beyond the limitations constructed by the mind. By meditating upon the lotus of the heart, this inner luminosity reveals itself and opens doorways to a greater confidence and trust in life. We know at our core that we are protected, nurtured, and loved unconditionally. For these reasons alone, we may be fearless.
