A yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and educator, Mary Cardinal has studied yoga and yoga therapy for over a decade. She serves as a yoga therapist for the Himalayan Institute Total Health Center at the Himalayan Institute’s international headquarters in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. She is the former coordinator of the Himalayan Institute Teachers Association, and holds degrees and certification in both traditional and Montessori education.
