Job Description:

Works to execute concepts, coordinate scripts and create deadline-based, professional quality videos, films and photographs that support content strategies.


  • Work with internal customers to plan and create effective video productions.
  • Must meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments.
  • Must work well in a team environment, and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.


  • Motion Graphics Expertise
  • Extensive knowledge of operating audio visual equipment including audio, data, lighting, staging, video, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of shooting techniques. Strong video camera skills and basic lighting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of editing software: Final Cut Pro
  • Ability to interact with clients and co-workers in a positive manner
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lift and carry relative equipment
  • 3-5 years video production experience
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred

Technical Expertise:

  • Solid coding skills in JavaScript with experience in modern JS frameworks including React
  • Experience with Node, Express, GraphQL, and Apollo
  • Mobile development experience using React Native
  • UI development expertise, conceptualization and integration
  • Version control with Git
  • Experience implementing and utilizing REST APIs
  • Bootstrap and Less
  • PHP 7 experience a plus


  • Ability to balance between taking specific direction and working autonomously and independently with little direction

Job Summary:

A Producer is responsible for creating high quality audio content, video classes, courses, conferences, and promotional pieces. He or she will take production projects from beginning to end, including:  concept, talent acquisition, logistics, filming supervision, script, and direction. He or she will also oversee specific areas of production as assigned.


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing production pieces from concept to delivery
  • Participate in the editing process by  submitting content and feedback to the editing team and following up on edits
  • Organizing production logistics (set location, gear, personnel, talent)
  • coordinating set construction (supervising set layout, lighting, and sound plans)
  • Comfortable learning the basics of audio/video equipment in use on set
  • Strong writing skills to create and edit scripts for promotional material
  • Confidence directing teachers on set & managing a film crew
  • Pay attention to and address details on set and in post-production such as content mistakes, noise, props, wardrobe, hair, and makeup


  • Extensive experience as a yoga student and teacher with at least 200hr certification
  • Experience on photography or film sets
  • Strong communication skills, consistent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to travel
  • Experience working on teams and managing a group
