Quick Core Focus

If you’re looking for a quick core strengthener, or want to prepare your body for another class, you’re in the right place! Warm up with chair pose and a strong variation of plank and sphinx poses. You’ll work on all aspects of your core in preparation for boat pose. Finally, conclude with a lovely hip flexor and core stretch to cool down.
