10-Minute Prep to Gather Your Mind for Meditation

Can't meditate because your mind is distracted? Join Brooke for this 10-minute pranayama practice to help you gather your mind for meditation and bring your awareness inside.  Kapalabhati (skull shining breath) helps to disperse any density or cloudiness covering the mind—bringing in more light and awareness—and nadi shodanam (alternate nostril breath) centers the mind, helping you to release from the hooks of your stories and stay present.
