20-Minute Calm Strength Flow

Build strength and stability in this grounding vinyasa class. After a centering practice, you’ll do classical sun salutes, a squat sequence, a series of dynamic lunges, side plank variations, lunge twist variations, and more.

Then, at the end, rest in child's pose before returning to your day.
