20-Minute Hatha Flow

Link your breath with movement in this flowy hatha class. You’ll start at the top of your mat with shoulder openers, and then move through strong standing poses including warrior I, warrior II, and side angle pose. A flowing pigeon pose helps soothe your hips after all those warrior poses, followed by slow but steady core work, bridge, and savasana. Leave feeling centered and calm.
