30-Minute Calm Strength Flow

Looking for a strengthening flow without any fancy poses or transitions? This breath-focused class begins with centering in mountain pose. After that, you’ll warm up with a few half sun salutes before moving into a sequence that includes dynamic side planks, lunge twist variations, side lunges, an activating warrior l variation, bow pose, and more.

Rest in child’s pose at the end before concluding in a comfortable seat.
