30-Minute Psoas Relief

Join Ellen for a 30-minute hatha practice designed to relieve tension in your psoas.

You’ll begin with a few feel-good side-body stretches, then move through a variety of prop-supported, lower-body stretches to increase flexibility in your psoas muscles, and end with a relaxing savasana.
