40-Minute Restorative Yoga

Relax and renew with a restorative yoga break! In this class, you'll enjoy two simple, restorative postures: child’s pose and savasana. Nourish, re-energize, and reconnect to yourself through rest while learning how to use props to experience the ultimate in support and comfort. The session ends with a seated practice of alternate nostril breathing.
