45-Minute Calm Strength Flow

In this strengthening flow, you’ll do sun salutes, lunge twists, tree pose, a warrior l variation, an L-shape handstand variation at the wall, a seated shoulder mobility sequence, seated hands-free core work, a dynamic bridge variation, and more.

Then, once you’re done, you’ll tune in to the flow of your breath as you rest in savasana.
