Are your hips feeling “jammed up” or tense from lots of sitting? Maybe you don’t need to focus on opening them (i.e., practicing a ton of hip openers) to find relief. You might benefit more from strengthening, tractioning, and relaxing your hips instead.
In this class, you’ll explore this different approach to releasing tight hips within the context of supine poses, standing poses, and a final restorative practice. Use this focused, alignment-based experience to create “spacious strength” in your hip joints so that you can find more ease in your body and breath.
