A 30-Minute Practice to Build Confidence

Need a confidence-builder? In this wise and encouraging class, you'll wring out self-doubt and judgment and reestablish the natural intelligence of your body. You'll use a block in chair pose to help find a sense of grounding and strength in your pelvic floor. Standing poses will remind you of your strength and endurance, and a breathing exercise will further help ignite your inner fire. End in a nourishing savasana, feeling confident and ready for your day.
