You’ll begin with a short seated meditation and then move into an energizing practice of seated and standing twists, seated leg lifts, sit-ups, breath of fire squats, core work in forearm plank, dynamic movement in prone backbends, and much more.
Once you’re done, conclude in a simple cross-legged seat, with one recitation of sat nam (truth is my identity).
