Enjoy this simple and sweet practice designed for seniors. Actually, anyone can enjoy it—especially if you love gentle yoga. Just get a chair, a bolster, and a few blankets. You'll do chair sun salutations, king dancer at the wall, seated forward folds (on the floor), supported bridge, an accessible shoulderstand variation, and more.
