Enjoy this simple and sweet practice designed for seniors. Actually, anyone can enjoy it—especially if you love gentle yoga. Just get a chair, a bolster, and a few blankets. You'll do chair sun salutations, king dancer at the wall, seated forward folds (on the floor), supported bridge, an accessible shoulderstand variation, and more. The practice concludes with alternate nostril breathing and meditation.
